2024 Football & Cheer Registration

 

 

Registration Steps:

 

Registration is now open !!      2024 PPYF REGISTRATION (google.com)

 

Registration is open to any youth in kindergarten through 6th grade (ages 4-12) residing within the boundaries of the Palisades School District. This includes residents attending private school or any other alternative educational system.

 

Practices for the 2024 season will start the week TBD  The first game of the season will be the weekend of August 24/25.  For a full game schedule, please visit the Calendar Page.


2. 2024 Registration Fees- All players that register after May 31st will be consider late registration and the fee will increase by $25 

 

Rookie/Competitive Flag Football: $100

Junior Varsity/Varsity Tackle Football: $125

Cheerleading: $125

  • Registration fee includes jersey for football and sweatshirt for cheer.
  • Checks should be made payable to PPYF.

 

3.  $50 Raffle Tickets

 

  • 1 set of raffle tickets is required per family.
  • You can choose to keep the raffle tickets for yourself, or resell them ($10 per ticket).
  • Drawing is held at the end of season awards ceremony.  You do not have to be present to win.
  • Check should be made payable to PPYF (If paying by check).  Can be included with registration fees on same check.

 

4.  $100 Volunteer/Equipment Deposit

 

  • 1 volunteer check is required per family
  • Check will be returned upon completion of volunteer duties and the return of all PPYF-issued equipment at the end of the season.
  • Each family is required to volunteer 3 TIMES throughout the season.  This includes working a shift in the snack stand and filling game day tasks (which include playcounter, yard markers, booth volunteers, game day snack, spiritwear sales etc.)
  • Check should be made payable to PPYF.  Must be a separate check.

 

5.  Checks should be made payable to PPYF and will be collected on the first day of practice, or they can be handed in at the PPFY Mini Camp.  Equipment WILL NOT be issued until registration fees, raffle tickets, and volunteer/equipment deposit are paid in full.

 

6.  Football players only: Include a copy of your child's birth certificate (first year players only) and a current picture (2''x3''). 12 year old players will also be required to submit a report card for proof of grade level.  This will be collected the first day of practice.

 

7.  Complete a Copy of PPYF Medical Form 2024.pdf  .  All medical forms MUST be dated after January 1, 2023.  All forms, including medical forms, must be completed before the first day of practice or your player/cheerleader WILL NOT be able to participate.
